The release of the Fast And Furious 9 has been pushed back yet again due to the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic, so fans are going to have to wait even longer until they get their eyes on the tenth film of the franchise.

Back in March, Fast and Furious 9 was one of the first films to be affected by Covid, with it initially being pushed back April 2021. Now, it’s been pushed back even further to May 28, 2021. Obviously, the team is wanting to ensure that all fans are able to watch their favourite movie without having to worry about anything regarding Covid.

Vin Diesel will be reprising his role as Dom Toretto, and of course the rest of the team will be joining him, including Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel and Helen Mirren. Charlize Theron is also back as the big bad Cipher, and… hmm. I guess you know that Sung Kang is back as Han?

There’s another big bad guy, too, in the form of John Cena as Dom’s brother. He told The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, “it is action on the edge of your seat but [the] story, if you’re a fan of the franchise, you get questions answered, you get new questions that you develop. It’s another foothold to the narrative. That’s the stuff that I love.”
