Fast & Furious 9 holds the top spot on the Official Film Chart for a second week.

After holding off strong competition from animated sequel The Croods: A New Age, which rises six places to a new peak at Number 2 following its own release on disc, it retains its place as the top-selling home entertainment brand in North America.

The Jungle Cruise (3) and Free Guy (4) fall one place, while Venom, fifth on the charts rises one as fans continue to watch the new sequel in theatres.

The action-thriller The Forever Purge rises eight spots to reach Number 6, entering the top 10 for the first time since its release down to its move away from cinema and onto Bluray and DVD. Following the end of the yearly purge, a group of insurrectionists decides to continue their bloody rampage after daybreak.

Finally, Black Widow falls to Number 7, M. Night Shyamalan’s Old falls to Number 8, and Space Jam: A New Legacy maintains its position at Number 9.

Finally, at Number 10 is Injustice, a new animated DC comics film set in an alternate reality. The Joker tricks Superman into murdering Lois Lane, triggering a deadly rampage in which he attempts to take control of the planet for humanity’s sake. Batman assembles a team of superheroes to combat him, with members from the Justice League squaring off against one another in an epic battle.
