Written by Alex Harrington

Fast 9 has been released to high praise, but as the Fast and Furious franchise hints at coming to a close fans are eager to know when the next film will be released. Well, we can now reveal the Fast and Furious 10 release date.

After the pushing back of the ninth instalment due to the pandemic, Fast 10 was also pushed back to accommodate this later date with a now-confirmed release date of April 7, 2023. It will be the penultimate movie, beginning the final chapter of the story that will bring the run of films to a rounded conclusion. While we can’t give too much away, it’s been confirmed that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson will not be a part of them. But we do know that Justin Lin will direct the film.

Yes, it’s a long wait of two years, but maybe we’ll get a Hobbs and Shaw sequel while we wait for Fast 10…? Who knows. All we can tell you is that it’s going to be one hell of a ride.

Who’s excited?
