Fast & Furious 9 Delayed Another Month
Written by Alex Harrington

Honestly, I don’t know which way is up these days. I’m not sure if I can go outside, if I can drive my car, and I definitely don’t know when the next Fast and Furious film is coming out.

Listen to the latest Sung's Garage Podcast

It was supposed to be released in 2019, and we were all extremely excited because, guess what, it features the return of our favourite character, Han, played by Sung Kang. But due to the pandemic, the film’s been pushed back several times. Last thing we heard was that we’d see it early April this year, but now it’s been pushed back once again, and we’re ver sorry to hear it.

Now, our favourite films are coming out even later that we thought. James Bond: No Time To Die is coming out in September, and Fast 9? It’s been pushed back a month to 25 June 2021 in the US. But this is okay, because it’s going to be worth it. Worldwide dates are yet to be confirmed, but we’re sure it’s going to be around then for international audiences.

Obviously, the huge team behind the Fast Franchise are working hard to make sure you feel safe while watching your next favourite film, and with vaccines being given out faster than we ever expected, the date being pushed back is just what we need to make sure we can focus on the film, and not anything else.

We’re so excited for you to see it…
