A special Toyota Supra has been created in tribute to late actor Paul Walker, with Tom’s Racing and Japanese magazine Safari joining forces.
Paul Walker owned a handful of Toyota Supras over his life, with the famous white one seen at the end of Furious 7 being one of the most popular and well known. Because of this, Tom’s Racing and the Safari magazine finished their special edition in matte white.
The rear wing on the sports car has been modified to be similar to that on the original A80 Supra. A set of 20-inch BBS LM wheels have also been added. This is appropriate since Brian O’Connor’s Supra at the end of the 7th film also had a set of BBS LM wheels.
The Supra has received a power boost thanks to some modifications made by the firm. It has a unique Power Box that raises the horsepower of the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine from 368 to 420. The Supra has also been fitted with KW V3 adjustable coilover suspension at each corner.
The interior of the car has also be modified by the Japanese tuning company, although no images of the refurbished cabin have been released as of yet.
Tom’s Racing is planning to produce just three examples of this one-of-a-kind Supra, which will cost around $116,759 each. Until October 31, 2021, applications for one will be accepted.
